Services Provided

Celestial Aesthetics offers permanent makeup services. Our services are provided subject to availability and the terms set out in this agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including cash, checks, Venmo, and cards. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been provided. If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within four weeks for a follow-up or adjustment, as applicable.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your health, allergies, and any other medical conditions that could affect your treatment. We are not liable for any adverse reactions or complications resulting from failure to disclose this information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by Celestial Aesthetics or licensed to us. You may not use or reproduce any of this content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Celestial Aesthetics is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may arise from the use of our services, except as required by law. By booking and receiving services, you agree to accept full responsibility for any risks associated with permanent makeup treatments.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised date will be updated accordingly.

Policies

• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to the cost of your service.
• A consultation is mandatory before your service to assess client suitability, medical history, and desired outcome.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• One free reschedule is allowed with a 48-hour notice; additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.
• A grace period of 15 minutes is provided. After that a late fee applies.
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay the full service price upfront to rebook.
• Clients must notify of any allergies or medical conditions beforehand.
• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a permanent makeup service. A valid ID is required.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
